SHOP Division

Shop drawing is the second division to be structured in TASPlan. Established in September 2003 --two years after TASPlan was reorganized-- the division has become the most versatile among the three divisions as it has grown into a full-blown production line.

The shop Drawing Division produces drawings mainly for site office use as Shop Drawing and Construction Presentation Plans.

A Shop Drawing is a combination of architectural and structural working drawings, which are used as a guide in the actual construction process. Shop projects come from different field offices, which are channelled thru the Taisei Head Office in Tokyo and through other Branch Offices in Japan. The group has handled residential structures to mixed-use complexes, commercial and institutional developments, and even historic preservation projects.
